Return Policy for European Union

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the receipt of the order without any additional costs.
This is valid for every article on the website, included reduced items (except special promo items such as "Black Friday" and similar).

All returned items must be in perfect condition: they must not have been worn, washed or altered in anyway. Item(s) must be returned including all the accessories in their original box, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.

Crime London reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.


Notification and RMA authorization

 

If you create a CRIME LONDON account when you placed the order please login in to your personal area and click on the Return section to request a new RMA.

It's possible only the Refund option - Please write your IBAN (write in the comment box your BIC/SWIFT code) if you paid your order by bank transfer.
For all the orders paid with PayPal or credit card the amount will be returned on the original account.

The refund will be done within 10 working days after we receive the parcel back at our warehouse.

Once the procedure is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your RMA number.                                                                   

 

If you place the order as GUEST (without create a CRIME LONDON account) it is not possible to create an automatic online return procedure. 

In this case please send an email to: maito:info@crimelondon.com with object “RETURN REQUEST” in the email you need to specify:

Refund: specify your full bank details (IBAN and SWIFT/BIC) if the order was paid by bank transfer;
if the order was paid by PayPal specify the email related to your account; if you paid with credit card the amount will be returned on the original account.

The refund will be done within 10 working days after we receive the parcel back at our warehouse. 

Once the procedure is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your RMA number.







The RMA will be “Pending” until the parcel will arrive at our warehouse; after that, the goods will be check and the RMA state will change in “Approved”.


Schedule return shipment with our courier

The return shipment will be entrusted to UPS and it is FREE of charge.
If the return is shipped with a different courier than the one provided, all costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
The return shipment must be made within 30 days from the receipt of the order.

Please note, due to the several requests UPS will come to pick up your parcel within 3-5 days from your email.

Return of goods purchased from Outside the European Union

If you purchased items from outside the European Union and want to return these items, please contact our customer service. You will then be provided with a return merchandise authorisation, a return address and the necessary shipping documentation.

All returns must be sent directly to the return address provided. Please note that for the returns of purchases made from outside the European Union you will have to return the items at your own expense. It is also your responsibility to make sure that the package will reach the return address undamaged. Therefore we strongly recommend that you use the original box provided and use a traceable shipping method when returning merchandise to us.

If authorised by us, our partner for international sales and shipping, Bongo International, will refund the actual sales prices of the product, minus any applicable financial charges. Refunds can only be made after the returned goods have been received at the return address provided.

Please also note that the original shipping costs from us to the address you provided are not refundable. Any duties and taxes originally paid for import of the goods into your country can also not be refunded by us or Bongo International. Please check with the tax authorities in your country for any refunds of such charges.
